A Great spice rub or marinade

Calamansi (Philippine lemon) regular or spicy. Goes well as a spice rub for poultry or meat. Or you can mix it with soy sauce to make a delicious dip or marinade. Works great on noodles like palabok. Such a versatile fruit.
